The grapes of Trebbiano d’Abruzzo, are hand-picked during the second decade of September and are squeezed in an inert atmosphere (with nitrogen) in order to preserve the aromatic substances. The must is decanted and undergoes alcoholic fermentation. After racking, the wine is left on its own fine lees for about five months in steel containers.

Tasting notes and food-wine combinations

It has a brilliant yellow color with greenish reflections, typical aroma of flowers, white fruits (especially apple and peach) and herbs. Balanced taste, nicely sapid, fresh and fruity with a final pleasant sensation of bitter almonds. Served at 10-12 °C, it is good a san aperitif or can be tasted with seafood, cheese, eggs and vegetables, soups, first courses and white meat.
