Original dry version of Moscatello obtained from the authentic clone “biotipo Casauriense”. The grapes are manually picked at the last days of August. The grapes are carried out in the cellar and undergoes a pre-fermentative pellicular maceration for 18 hours at a low temperature. Subsequently, it is pressed in an inert atmosphere and the must is clarified by flotation. After the alcoholic fermentation, the wine is left on its fine lees for about two months.

Tasting notes and food-wine combinations

The color is pale straw yellow with bright green hues and fine sensations of flowers and white fruit, on a mineral background. The taste is fresh and elegant, with a back taste of savory and pleasantly aromatic sensations. Served at 10-12 ° C it is perfect as an aperitif and to accompany raw and marinated fish, vegetable soups and pasta dishes, simple white meats and light cheeses.
